A Model of Learners Development Through Professional Learning Community under Shared Lesson Learn for Teachers at Phayao Special Education Center

Abstract

Professional learning community is a form that will help teachers organize learning for students well. The research aims to 1) study the conditions and guidelines for student development, 2) create a model, and 3) study the results of student development and satisfaction with the model. Phase 1 uses a questionnaire to collect information from administrators and 39 teachers. Data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations. Interviewed 7 experts by selecting them purposively. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Phase 2 analyzed documents and information obtained from Phase 1, drafted and evaluated for appropriateness by 5 experts. Data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. Phase 3 tested the model with 63 teachers and babysitters of disabled children and evaluated student development and satisfaction. Data were analyzed by content analysis, mean, and standard deviation The results of the research found that 1) the operating conditions are rated at a high level and there are 20 approaches to learner development in 5 areas. 2) the learner development model has 5 elements: (1) principles (2) objectives (3) The process (4) measurement and evaluation and (5) guidelines for using the draft model are appropriate at a high level. 3) Learners can practice various activities. that are self-determined and have developed more Teachers and babysitters of disabled children are satisfied. at the highest level
