บทคัดย่อ
ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ เป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้ครูจัดการเรียนรู้แก่ผู้เรียนได้อย่างดี การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้เรียนฯ 2) สร้างรูปแบบฯ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯ ระยะที่ 1 ใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 39 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 2 วิเคราะห์เอกสารและข้อมูลที่ได้จากระยะที่ 1 นำมายกร่างและประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯกับครูและพี่เลี้ยงเด็กพิการ จำนวน 63 คน ประเมินผลการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมากและมีแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้เรียนฯ 5 ด้าน 20 แนวทาง 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาผู้เรียนฯ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) หลักการ (2) วัตถุประสงค์ (3) กระบวนการ (4) การวัดและประเมินผล และ (5) แนวทางการนำไปใช้ ร่างรูปแบบฯ มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 3) ผู้เรียนสามารถปฏิบัติกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่กำหนดได้ด้วยตนเองและมีพัฒนาการเพิ่มมากขึ้น ครูและพี่เลี้ยงเด็กพิการมีความพึงพอใจ ในระดับมากที่สุด
