Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop an online interactive supervision model to enhance research competency of students in the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University; 2) examine effects of the model; and 3) evaluate the model. The sample consisted of 10 students from the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession, at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, in the Academic Year 2022. The research Instruments consisted of 1) the online interactive supervision model; 2) self-evaluation form on research competency; 3) research results evaluation form (rubrics); 4) a questionnaire on satisfaction; and 5) model certification form. The statistical analysis assessed mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test for dependent samples. It was found that: 1) The model consisted of the 5 components S for Smart technology, M for Manageable, A for Accessible, R for Real-time interactive, and T for Testing. The 5 steps were Preparation, Professional experience training process, Online interactive supervision, Evaluating, and Reflection. 2)The research competency of students after using online interactive supervision was higher than before using it, at a statistical significance of .01. The research results of students were evaluated at ‘excellent’ level (gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}=84.70), and the students perceived that the model was appropriate at the highest level (gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}=4.53). Finally, 3) the 5 experts evaluated the model to be at the highest level (gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}=4.97), and it can be applied in real situations.
