บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความรู้ โดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการความรู้ เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ และนวัตกรรมการศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ ครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ จำนวน 30 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ยและความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย (1) วิเคราะห์การใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (2) กำหนดองค์ประกอบการจัดการความรู้ (3) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา (4) วางแผนการพัฒนา (5) กำหนดขั้นตอนการพัฒนา และ (6) แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบ 2) รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย (1) กระบวนการจัดการความรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (2) การบริหารจัดการความรู้ผ่านเครือข่ายออนไลน์ (3) ปัจจัยการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา และ 3) ผลการใช้รูปแบบฯ คือ ผลประเมินตนเองก่อนและหลังพัฒนาของครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา พบว่า ศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพิ่มขึ้นทุกด้าน และผลความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบฯ พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุดในทุกด้าน
