การประเมินสมรรถนะของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์หลังจากการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยการทำโครงการในรายวิชา 711-101 ประโยชน์เพื่อนมนุษย์: เปรียบเทียบระหว่างการใช้สถานการณ์จำลองเสมือนจริงกับสถานการณ์จริง

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรโภชนศาสตร์และการกำหนดอาหาร จำนวน 24 คน ตามเกณฑ์สมรรถนะนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยประเมิน 3 ใน 5 สมรรถนะหลัก หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการดำเนินโครงการที่ในสถานการณ์จำลองเสมือนจริง และในสถานการณ์จริงในรายวิชา 711-101 ประโยชน์เพื่อนมนุษย์ สมรรถนะรู้ของนักศึกษาถูกประเมินโดยนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนโดยใช้ Google form ที่สร้างขึ้น จากการศึกษาพบว่า ในสถานการณ์จำลองเสมือนจริงนักศึกษามีสมรรถนะ ได้แก่ การคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน (C1) การรู้เทคโนโลยีและการมีทักษะการสื่อสาร (C2) และ การมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม (C3) สูงกว่าระดับสมรรถนะของรายวิชารหัส 711-101 ซึ่งเป็นรายวิชาสำหรับนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 เกือบทุกองค์ประกอบ และในสถานการณ์จริงมีระดับสมรรถนะข้อ C2.2 และข้อ C3 คงอยู่ในระดับ 1 ซึ่งตรงตามระดับสมรรถนะของรายวิชา เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ที่ประเมินโดยอาจารย์ผู้สอนและนักศึกษา พบว่า อาจารย์และนักศึกษาเห็นตรงกันว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบสถานการณ์จำลองเสมือนจริงนี้ทำให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาสมรรถนะในการแก้ปัญหา อย่างไรก็ตามมีผลการประเมินสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ข้ออื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างการประเมินโดยนักศึกษาและโดยอาจารย์ผู้สอน ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาอาจประเมินตนเองตามค่าที่คาดหวังซึ่งต่างจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่ประเมินตามความเป็นจริง
