บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนารูปแบบการคิดเชิงออกแบบ เพื่อเสริมทักษะอาชีพและการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้ประกอบการรุ่นเยาว์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2) พัฒนารูปแบบฯ 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ 4) ประเมินผลและถอดบทเรียน การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น ขั้นที่ 2 การออกแบบรูปแบบฯ ขั้นที่ 3 การทดลองใช้รูปแบบ ขั้นที่ 4 การประเมินและปรับปรุง กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนประถมศึกษา 120 คน โรงเรียนในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 4 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมฯของรูปแบบ แบบสนทนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รูปแบบ คู่มือ แบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพเชิงสร้างสรรค์และการเป็นนวัตกร แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประเด็นการถอดบทเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เอกสารข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ต้องการให้พัฒนารูปแบบที่ครูสามารถส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม 2) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ (2) นำเสนอแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ (3) ขั้นทดลอง (4) ลงมือปฏิบัติ (5) ขั้นแบ่งปันนำเสนอ และ (6) ขั้นประเมินผล 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า ผลคะแนนของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯ ในภาพรวมระดับมาก 4) ผลการประเมิน พบว่านักเรียนมีความกล้าแสดงออก สามารถพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพเชิงสร้างสรรค์
