บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวางเพื่อประเมินความรู้ ทัศนคติ ทักษะ พฤติกรรมการใช้เวชศาสตร์เชิงประจักษ์ ของอาจารย์และนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นคลินิก และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ EBM ของนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นคลินิก กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 126 คน และอาจารย์แพทย์ชั้นคลินิก 130 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ñ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยลอจิสติกเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อาจารย์แพทย์ส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อ EBM และส่งเสริมให้นิสิตแพทย์ใช้ EBM โดยเฉพาะอาจารย์ภาควิชาหลักที่เน้นการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลทางการแพทย์มากกว่าภาควิชาคลินิกอื่น ๆ นิสิตแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ด้าน EBM ในระดับไม่เพียงพอ (89%) แม้ว่าจะมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก (95%) และมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ EBM อยู่ในระดับมาก (66%) อย่างไรก็ตามระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ ทักษะ และพฤติกรรมการใช้ EBM ของนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นคลินิกแต่ละชั้นปีไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ EBM ได้แก่ทัศนคติที่ดี (adjusted odds ratio; AOR=4.11; 95% CI: 1.84-9.21) มีประสบการณ์ทำวิจัย (AOR=2.62; 95% CI: 1.12-6.13) และอุปสรรคต่ำ (AOR=2.65; 95% CI: 1.19-5.89) ดังนั้น การส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะด้าน EBM จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญเพื่อการเรียนรู้และการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
