บทคัดย่อ
สมรรถนะวิชาชีพระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพสาขาวิชานาฏศิลป์ไทยมีความสำคัญต่อผู้เรียน สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ประกอบอาชีพตามสาขาวิชาของตนในอนาคต หรือการศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชานาฏศิลป์ไทย วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 57 คน และให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ประเมินความเหมาะสมของสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้ง 2 กลุ่มได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบสมรรถนะ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะวิชาชีพที่พึงประสงค์แบ่งเป็น 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความรู้ 2) ด้านการบริหารและจัดการการแสดง 3) ด้านการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและการจัดการปัญหา 4) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและการสื่อสาร 5) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการออกแบบการแสดง และ 6) ด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพและความรับผิดชอบ โดยองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะวิชาชีพดังกล่าวมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄=4.83, S.D.=0.23) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายองค์ประกอบ พบว่า องค์ประกอบที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการออกแบบการแสดง และด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพและความรับผิดชอบ (x̄=4.91, S.D.=0.31) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสถาบันการศึกษาด้านนาฏศิลป์ไทยต่าง ๆ สามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน หรือเป็นแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักเรียนก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน
