Online Teaching Management Strategies on Self-Esteem of Students: Case Study of First Year Vocational Certificate Students at Department of Retail Business, Mahasarakham Vocational College

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) study the relationships between Online teaching management strategies and Self-esteem of vocational certificate 1st year students at department of retail business Mahasarakham vocational college and 2) study the effects to online teaching management strategies on self-esteem of first year vocational certificate students at department of retail business, Mahasarakham vocational college.


The data were collected from 65 students using questionnaire. The statistics that used for analyzing were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.


The research found that 1) online teaching management strategies were correlated to overall Self-esteem of first year vocational certificate students at department of retail business, Mahasarakham vocational college. 2) online teaching management strategies has a positive impact on overall self-esteem through a Learning challenge.
