A Developmentt Internal Supervision Model Base on Need of Internal supervision system development in Koklamphan Wittaya School on Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research had the objectives to need assessment, to develop internal supervision model and to find out the result of Internal Supervision Need A Development Model of Koklamphan Wittaya School. The populations of the research were the administrator, teachers and the school boards about 20 people. The instrument of the research was need assessment form and the recorded result. The data collective divide 3 phases  are need assessment, develop internal supervision model and the result of internal  supervision model. The statistics used in data analysis are Mean, Standard Deviation and Content Analysis. The results revealed that the current condition of internal supervision base on low to moderate. The expected condition of internal a supervision base on the most. And Koklamphan Wittaya School had need to develop internal a supervision model by using ADVICE MODEL are includes  Analysis, Design, Value  Creation , Improve Check and Expand.  The results of using the Internal Supervision Need  Development Model of Koklamphan Wittaya School were as follows nice school, good teacher and quality students.
