5. บทความถูกปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์ ไม่ผ่านการประเมิน ผู้นิพนธ์ขอยกเลิกเองหรือชำระเงินก่อนได้รับการอนุมัติ ทางวารสารไม่มีนโยบายการคืนเงิน
