Abstract

               The aims of this research were: to study the conditions, to compare and to study the guidelines for development and promotion of the learning management in the learning section of social studies, religion and culture of the upper secondary school students in terms of volunteerism in Anukulnaree school, Kalasin province.  This study was a mixed research employing both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The population, including 300 upper secondary school students of Anukulnaree school. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms used for collecting research data. The statistics used in this research were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, F-test and Scheffe’s Pair Difference Comparison.

               The research results were as follows:

               1) The learning management in the learning section of social studies, religion and culture of the upper secondary school students in terms of volunteerism in Anukulnaree school, Kalasin province was rated at a high level of practice. When considering in each aspect and sorted by highest to lowest mean values rating, they are the aspects of sacrifice, followed by kindness responsibility, unity and teamwork.

               2) The results of comparative analysis of the learning management in the learning section of social studies, religion and culture of the upper secondary school students in terms of volunteerism in Anukulnaree school, Kalasin province, classified by parents' education found indifference of their opinions at the statistical significance of 0.05, which was not in accordance with the set hypothesis. Classified by the parents 'occupations, it is found that the parents' careers of students were different has a different comment level with the statistically significant level of at 0.05, which is according to the set hypothesis.

               3) The guidelines for development and promotion of learning management in the learning section of social studies, religion and culture of the upper secondary school students in terms of volunteerism in Anukulnaree school, Kalasin province are that teachers should encourage students to have generosity, caring for those around them regularly, volunteer spirit to work for others without expecting full return, always helping those who have suffered, respecting and following the rules and regulations of the school strictly, providing collaboration, joining hands together to perform activities with unity and the teachers should have clear guidelines to promote and support the volunteer activities to develop the students according to the objectives set.
