Abstract

               The 11 th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2012-2014) was prepared in a time when Thailand was facing rapidly changing socio-economic and environmental conditions and severely affected the past period. The government has adopted the principle. "Philosophy of sufficiency economy" applied in the development of the country. From individual, family, community, society to national level. To strengthen immunity and to help Thai society to stand firmly and sustainable development amidst the changing world economy
