Abstract
Innovation of school administration is a new trend, in order to help the administrator to be able to manage by himself with the support of the academic staff, the administrative team members and personnel including general population in the society. Because the creation of new innovation, the new trend of development, the administrators are required to have knowledge and understanding of innovation management tools. In order to administer the school to achieve the final goals the administrator must bring an innovation system to be the important part of an administration. Besides that, the school personnel need to be trained to are new media including in the social environment. Besides that to be successful in administration depends on many factors and contexts that the administrators need to be knowledgeable in educational innovation, be able to practice and be able to transfer the new innovation to an efficiency goals
