กลยุทธ์และคุณลักษณะของผู้สอนในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง: กรณีศึกษาหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับกลยุทธ์และคุณลักษณะของผู้สอนในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง: กรณีศึกษาหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป เพื่อขยายขอบเขตการนำองค์ความรู้เรื่องการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงไปปรับใช้ในบริบทการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่นอกเหนือจากวิชาชีพและห้องเรียนขนาดปกติในระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยบทความนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับการวางแผนการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับความหลากหลายของผู้เรียน ลักษณะห้องเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป บทความนี้นำเสนอ 3 กลยุทธ์หลักในการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปที่บูรณาการหลักการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงมาเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ได้แก่ 1) กลยุทธ์ก่อนจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ อาทิ การเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับผู้สอน การประเมินความสนใจและความต้องการของผู้เรียน การเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับผู้เรียน 2) กลยุทธ์ระหว่างจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย การนำเข้าสู่บทเรียน การสร้างประสบการณ์ การเชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์การสะท้อนคิด และ 3) กลยุทธ์หลังจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ คือ การจัดการความรู้ และนำเสนอคุณลักษณะของผู้สอนหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปที่จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยบูรณาการกับหลักการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง 2 คุณลักษณะ อาทิ กรอบแนวคิดแบบเติบโต และสมรรถนะในการสอนด้านกระบวนการทางการคิด อารมณ์ และสังคม
