บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบตัวชี้วัดแผนที่ทักษะการให้บริการผู้โดยสารภาคพื้น 2) กำหนดองค์ประกอบตัวชี้วัดแผนที่ทักษะการให้บริการผู้โดยสารภาคพื้น เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้เทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกรายบุคคล ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือ ตัวแทนจากสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 8 คน และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกลุ่มย่อย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เรียน อาจารย์ผู้สอนและตัวแทนจากสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 26 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของแผนที่ทักษะการบริการผู้โดยสารภาคพื้น ประกอบด้วย 3 ทักษะ คือ 1. ให้บริการผู้โดยสารขาเข้า-ขาออก และผู้โดยสารพิเศษ ณ ประตูขึ้นเครื่อง และปรับตัวให้เข้ากับความหลากหลายของสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม 2. แนะนำการใช้งานเครื่องเช็กอินอัตโนมัติด้วยตนเองให้กับผู้โดยสารได้ และปรับตัวให้เข้ากับความหลากหลายของสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม และ 3. ปฏิบัติการสำรองที่นั่งและออกบัตรโดยสารทางเครื่องบิน 2) วิธีการวัดองค์ประกอบ ด้วยแบบประเมินการตรวจสอบเอกสารขึ้นเครื่องของผู้โดยสาร การสังเกตจากการปฏิบัติงาน แบบทดสอบทักษะหลังเรียน และแบบทดสอบการปฏิบัติการสำรองที่นั่งและออกบัตรโดยสารทางเครื่องบิน 3) แบ่งระดับผลคะแนนเป็น 2 ระดับ คือ 1. ระดับดี (C) มีคะแนนน้อยกว่า 90 คะแนน และ 2. ระดับมืออาชีพ (P) มีคะแนนมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 90 คะแนน 4) ได้แผนที่ทักษะการให้บริการผู้โดยสารภาคพื้น และสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกทรานสคริปต์แสดงผลทักษะของนักศึกษาต่อไป
