การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางการบริหารที่ส่งเสริมโรงเรียนคุณภาพของโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ เตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางการบริหารที่ส่งเสริมโรงเรียนคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ เตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทางการศึกษา จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.967 จัดกระทำข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับหนึ่ง ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลภาพรวม มีค่าความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร 0.975 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย ค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ 15578.193 ค่าองศาอิสระ 780 และค่าความน่าจะเป็นในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน 0.001 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีองค์ประกอบการบริหารที่ส่งเสริมโรงเรียนคุณภาพ 4 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 14 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ เท่ากับ 0.71-0.86 โดยตัวแปรด้านส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความท้าทายในการเรียนรู้ การดำเนินชีวิตทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด 0.86 2) การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้นำทางการศึกษา มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 9 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ เท่ากับ 0.71-0.87 โดยตัวแปรด้านส่งเสริมพัฒนาผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรในการดำเนินงาน สร้างแรงจูงใจที่ดีในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ร่วมกัน มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด 0.87 3) การพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการ มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 12 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ เท่ากับ 0.79-0.90 โดยตัวแปรด้านสร้างมาตรฐานการดำเนินงาน วัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง และนำผลมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อเนื่อง มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด 0.90 และ 4) การพัฒนาคุณภาพแหล่งเรียนรู้ มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 5 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ เท่ากับ 0.72-0.93 โดยตัวแปรด้านสร้างความสัมพันธ์ร่วมมือในการพัฒนาคุณภาพแหล่งเรียนรู้ร่วมกับชุมชน มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด 0.93
