การวิเคราะห์ปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงตีความเรื่องหลักสูตรโมบิลิตี้ในมหาวิทยาลัยภูมิภาคของไทย: ความท้าทายและแนวทางปฏิบัติ

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพแบบวิเคราะห์ปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงตีความ โดยหลักสูตรโมบิลิตี้ของมหาวิทยาลัยในภูมิภาคของไทยเป็นปรากฏการณ์ที่ศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยภูมิภาคคือ มหาวิทยาลัยที่ตั้งอยู่กระจายตามภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่ที่ตั้งอยู่ กล่าวคือจัดตั้งใกล้นักศึกษาของภูมิภาคนั้น ๆ และมีเป้าหมายเพื่อกระจายโอกาสทางการศึกษาและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตในภูมิภาค การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความท้าทายในปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตรโมบิลิตี้ของมหาวิทยาลัยภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย และเพื่อสร้างกรอบแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรโมบิลิตี้ให้สอดคล้องกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยที่จากมหาวิทยาลัยต้นสังกัดและมหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญาทั้งหมด 17 คน โดยการสนทนากลุ่มและการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้มาได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ตามแนวทางการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ผลการวิจัยพบความท้าทาย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) มหาวิทยาลัยต้นสังกัด (2) นักศึกษา และ (3) ข้อกำหนดระหว่างประเทศ ข้อค้นพบที่ได้ได้นำไปพัฒนาเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับหลักสูตรโมบิลิตี้ของมหาวิทยาลัยในภูมิภาคที่ต้องยึดหลัก 4 ประการ ได้แก่ ยืดหยุ่น สากล สื่อสาร สัมพันธไมตรีคำสำคัญ: โปรแกรมออนไลน์; ให้คำแนะนำ; นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู
