สภาพปัญหาการเรียนรู้นาฏศิลป์ตะวันตกของผู้เรียนในจังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการเรียนรู้ด้านนาฏศิลป์ตะวันตกของผู้เรียนในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับครูผู้สอนนาฏศิลป์ในโรงเรียนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 5 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากโรงเรียนที่ดำเนินกิจกรรมนาฏศิลป์ตะวันตกอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยข้อมูลที่ได้ถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระและสรุปผลโดยใช้วิธีการพรรณนา ผลวิจัยพบว่าการเรียนรู้นาฏศิลป์ตะวันตกในชั้นเรียนถูกจำกัดในภาคทฤษฎีเป็นหลัก เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดด้านบุคลากรที่เชี่ยวชาญและทรัพยากรที่ไม่เพียงพอ โรงเรียนบางแห่งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนมีกิจกรรมนาฏศิลป์ตะวันตกนอกชั้นเรียน แต่ยังขาดระบบการฝึกฝนที่ชัดเจน ทำให้ครูผู้สอนและผู้เรียนจึงต้องอาศัยการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ แต่ผู้เรียนยังคงแสดงออกถึงแรงจูงใจและความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงการสมัครใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนาฏศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ ผลการศึกษานี้นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้านนาฏศิลป์ตะวันตก ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงเนื้อหาที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน การจัดอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผู้สอน การสร้างความร่วมมือกับองค์กรภายนอก และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้ฝึกฝนกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นการแสดงออกอย่างสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาทักษะที่ต่อยอดสู่โอกาสทางวิชาชีพในอนาคต
