บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) สร้างและประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสานวิธี แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้จากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างแล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 380 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.978 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ระยะที่ 3 สร้างรูปแบบด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างแล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบโดยใช้แบบประเมินคุณภาพแล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณ ที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์และตรวจสอบ มี 4 องค์ประกอบ 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) โมเดลตัวบ่งชี้กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์สอดคล้องกลมกลืนดี (χ2=73.045, df=55, p=0.0522, χ2/df=1.328, RMSEA=0.029, SRMR=0.019, CFI=0.996, TLI=0.9933) 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ชื่อ หลักการและแนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมายความสำเร็จ ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จและแนวทางการปฏิบัติ คุณภาพของรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
