A Model for Developing Spiritual Leadership in School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi-Et

Abstract
This study aimed to 1) study and verify the components and indicators of spiritual leadership in school administrators, 2) verify congruence between the model for the indicators of spiritual leadership in school administrators with empirical data, and 3) create and evaluate the quality of the model for the development of spiritual leadership in school administrators. The methodology applied was mixed methods research, in phases. Phase 1: Studied the components and indicators by synthesizing documents and checking their suitability by interviewing experts using a semi-structured interview form, and analyzing data by content analysis. Phase 2: Studied the consistency of the indicator model with empirical data for a sample of 380 people with questionnaires having a total confidence value of 0.978, analyzing the data by confirmatory factor analysis. Phase 3: Created a model by interviewing experts using a semi-structured interview form, analyzed data by content analysis, had the quality of model evaluated by experts using a model quality assessment form, and analyzed data by descriptive statistics. The results showed that 1) spiritual leadership, based on synthesizing documents and checking their suitability, consists of 4 components with 14 indicators; 2) spiritual leadership indicator model is consistent with empirical data (χ2=73.045, df=55, p=0.0522, χ2/df=1.328, RMSEA=0.029, SRMR=0.019, CFI=0.996, TLI=0.9933); and 3) a model for developing spiritual leadership in school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Roi–Et consists of Name, Principles and Concepts, Objectives, Goals, Indicators and Guidelines. The quality of the model is at the highest level.
