บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหาร และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 285 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 และ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหาร พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 1 ที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารต้องพัฒนาตนเองในการวางแผนหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เพื่อให้หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมกับบริบทของโรงเรียนและชุมชน กำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตร นิเทศด้วยการให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงบวก และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่การเรียนรู้แบบผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยใช้วิธีการที่หลากหลาย และเหมาะสมกับศักยภาพของผู้เรียน
