The Relationship between Creative Organizational Culture and the Learning Organization for Teachers under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research study aimed to examine the following three topics: 1) the creative organizational culture of teachers in schools under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2) the learning organization of teachers in these schools, and 3) the relationship between the creative organizational culture and the learning organization of teachers in schools under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 333 teachers from these schools. The sample size was determined using Cohen's sample size table at a significance level of .05. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with 73 items and item-objective congruence (IOC) values ranging from 0.60 to 1.00, as well as a Cronbachís alpha reliability coefficient of 0.982. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of creative organizational culture among teachers was high; (2) the overall level of learning organization was at the highest level; and (3) there was a high, positive statistically significant relationship at the .01 level between creative organizational culture and learning organization among teachers in schools under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
