The Development of Online Advising Program for Teaching Practicum Students at Faculty of Education, Ramkhamhaeng University

Abstract
This research and development study aimed to create an online advising program for student teachers during their professional teaching practicum. The ADDIE Model was employed in the development process, and a one-group posttest-only experimental design was used in the study. The sample group consisted of 193 student teachers selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included: (1) a questionnaire to identify problems and needs related to online advising, (2) the developed online advising program, and (3) a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the use of the program. Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: (1) most student teachers reported problems during the practicum related to financial constraints and lack of advising and support; (2) they expressed a strong need for more advising on teaching practice, a system with adequate information, and an online advising system to complement supervision; (3) the results, regarding the online advice program developed, from the FAQ and Q&A systems were evaluated for quality in terms of consistency, appropriateness, and feasibility of use. Content was at the highest level, letters, images, and media were at the highest level, and the usability of the online advice program was at the highest level, with the average score for all aspects at the highest level. (4) Overall student satisfaction with the online advising program was at a high level.
