OPERATION GUIDELINES OF COMMUNITY HONEST LIVELIHOOD PROJECT BASED ON PHILOSOPHY OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY IN CHON DAEN DISTRICT, PHETCHABUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The current study aimed to study the results of the community honest livelihood project based on philosophy of sufficiency economy, to study the factors that affect the of community honest livelihood project based on philosophy of sufficiency economy, to and study the guideline of the community honest livelihood project based on philosophy of sufficiency economy in Chon Daen District, Phetchabun Province. This research is quantitative research. 300 subjects were chosen for quantitative samples. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test including Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) and descriptive analysis. The research findings were found that the level of peoples’ opinions, who participated in the project were at a moderate level. When considered by items, it was found that support and cooperation from various groups were at a high level by ranking. For the factors affecting the implementation of the community building livelihood project, it was found that people in the age group, status, education level, monthly income and the adequacy of income and expenses had different opinions with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. And the format that can be used as a guideline for community building livelihood project, it was found that in terms of the project characteristics, it was appropriate publicity to be known generally. Regarding support and cooperation from various groups, leaders in the areas are very supportive in their work.  In terms of resources, the personnel related to community building livelihood projects have knowledge and skills in transferring knowledge. And in terms of benefits of participating in the community building livelihood project, it helps the people in the area to meet and help each other more in their careers causing a variety of career groups.
