The Enhancement of Creativity by Creative-based with Blended Learning for Matthayomsuksa 2 Students of Mahachai Pittayakan School

Abstract

This research was a classroom action research with the objectives to 1) study the enhancement of creativity by creative-based blended learning instruction for Matthayomsuksa 2 Students in Mahachai Pittayakan School, 2) study the students' satisfaction towards the creative-based blended learning instruction. The target group was 21 students in Matthayomsuksa 2/2 of Mahachai Pittayakan School. The tools used in this research were 10 learning management plans, a creative thinking test, a memorandum form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were mean and standard deviation.


The results of the research revealed that 1) the enhancement of creativity by creative-based blended learning instruction process consists of five steps: Step 1, engagement; Step 2, problems Identifying and grouping according to interests; Step 3, searching and thinking; Step 4, presenting; Step 5, evaluation. The creativity of the students was at the highest level in the second cycle at a total average of ()=51.32 with S.D. = 1.65. This result was due to the emphasis on learning activities as student-centered instructions and stimulated the students to be engaged in the learning activities. 2) The students' satisfaction with the creative-based blended learning instruction was at the highest level ()=4.62 with S.D
