The Language Teaching for Communication Learning Management, which Improved Chinese Vocabulary Listening Skill of Mattayom Suksa 2 Students (S2)

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) develop the CLT learning management plans which improved the students’ Chinese vocabulary listening skills as the research criteria at 75/75, 2) compare the students’ Chinese listening skills before and after learning with the model, and 3) study the students’ satisfaction toward the learning model (S2). The sample consisted of 27 students from Pracharat Wittaya Serm School, Khon Kaen province. The sample used the cluster random sampling. The research instruments included 1) 5 lesson plans, 2) Chinese listening skill test, and 3) the students’ satisfaction form. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, the development testing: E₁/E₂, and dependent t–test.

            The results of the research were as follows: 1) the learning model was efficiency at 76.52/79.87, which higher than the research’s criteria, 2) after learning with the model, the students’ listening skills in Chinese Vocabularies was higher at the significant level of .01, and 3) The sample satisfied the learning model at a high level (  = 4.34) and (S.D. = 0.55).
