Online Learning Management Improving Guidelines during The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic for Schools under Maha Sarakham Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current condition, desirable condition and the principal needs of the online learning management during the epidemic of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). 2) to study the online learning management development guidelines during the epidemic of Coronavirus disease 2019, the study was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1: studied the current condition, desirable condition and the principal needs of the online learning management epidemic during the of Coronavirus disease 2019 by stratified random sampling method from the 372 school administrators and teachers as the group of samples. The research tool was a questionnaire, the consensus index was 0.80–1.00, a power of classification the current condition was between 0.43-0.85, the desirable condition was between 0.54-0.89, and the confidence was 0.96. Phase 2: to study the online learning management development guidelines during the epidemic of Coronavirus disease 2019 from 9 experts with tools: the interview form and the feasibility and appropriateness evaluation of manual.


  The results of this study found that, 1) the current condition of the online learning management in general and each aspect were at the high level while the desirable condition of the online learning management in general and each aspect were at the highest level. The priority needs index of the online learning management development guidelines are in terms of the learning management, the learning management planning and the learning measurement and evaluation, respectively. The overall manual evaluation results were appropriateness and the feasibility were at the highest level.
