The Development of Student Behavior Support Practice for Solving Undesirable Behavior Problems in Somdetpittayakom School Under Kalasin Secondary Education Service Area Office

Abstract
This research is an action research with objectives 1. To study the problem of Student behavior promotion work at Somdetpittayakom School. Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Kalasin 2. To study the guidelines for the development of Student behavior promotion work at Somdetpittayakom School and 3. To study the results of the development of Student behavior promotion work at Somdetpittayakom School . The target groups were divided into 3 groups, namely 9 research participants, 105 data participants, and development target groups as were 900 students in Somdetpittayakom School. Research Tools such as participant observation form, Self-assessment, Meeting recording form, Professional Learning Community (PLC) and After Action Review (AAR)The Research results showed that 1. The results of a study on problems of Student behavior promotion work at Somdetpittayakom School, l has not been as successful as it should be issues as follows: Preparation of information that lack of clarity about student behavior promotion work, Lack of tools or methods for screening students, lack of coordination and the creation of network partners to cooperate with other agencies 2. The results of a study on the development guidelines for student behavior promotion at Somdetpittayakom, it was found that the guidelines for the development of student behavior promotion consisted of providing information about the behavior of students who need to be assisted, promoted and developed. Make a work plan, project to promote and take care of students, Screening students according to the student support system, Assessing risk areas both inside and outside the school, Promote and develop students to have life skills and coexist in society, Determine the workload, guidelines and measures to promote student behavior in the student care system, Organize creative activities and change student behavior with unwanted behavior to improve life skills and appreciating self and others, Encourage students with undesirable behavior to take part and take responsibility in organizing school activities appropriately, Develop teachers and educational personnel , Create a system of participation with network partners in all sectors in development. and solving student problems, summarizing the report and evaluating the behavioral promotion operation. 3. The results of the study on the development of student behavior promotion work at Somdetpittayakom School, it was found that the school has developed work to promote student behavior. to solve student behavior problems according to the guidelines for developing student behavior correctly and up-to-date
