Educational Leadership of Monks in The New Situation

Abstract

The educational leadership of monks in the new situation is the presentation of articles that the author believes that the important variable for changing monk's education to keep up with the world trend is the leadership of monks who have the duty to manage education in temples From the past to the present. The monk's education has been continuously developed according to the changing situation by using the leadership of the monks with the following abilities namely 1. Educational leadership in the Buddha period 2. The educational leadership of the monks in the past to come to study according to the new situation after the Lord Buddha's pass away 3. Educational leadership of integrated monks in Thailand from the Sukhothai period to the early Rattanakosin and 4. Educational leadership of monks in the new situation according to the view of modern Buddhist monks. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of monks with wide vision in managing Buddhism to monks and novices for the succession of Buddhism to be sustainable and stable forever.
