MANAGEMENT MODEL OF MAHASARAKHAM MEDITATION CENTER

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were; 1) to study state of problem of Meditation Center of Mahasarakham province, 2) to analysis the model of Meditation Center of Mahasarakham province, 3) to evaluate the model of Meditation Center of Mahasarakham province. The sample was 358 selected by simple random sampling with the lottery method. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were Mean ( ) and Standard deviation (S.D.)

          The result of research found that :-

1. The state of problem of Meditation Center, Mahasarakham province the overall was at moderate ( = 3.13) and (S.D. = 1.08). Analysis of strength, weakness, opportunity and obstacle were the first step i.e.. The initiation of the strategy is an important step lead to practice. It depend on co-operation mechanism from the all concerned.


2. The suitability of the management model of Mahasarakham province Meditation Center according to SWOT principle the overall aspect was at a moderate level with the mean of 3.40 and S.D. = 0.54.


3. Evaluate the management model of Mahasarakham province Meditation Center the overall aspect was at a high level with the mean of 4.37 and (S.D. = 0.54). When considered in each aspect, it was found that person of The Meditation Center, there was the highest level ( = 4.60) and (S.D. = 0.61) follower by the location of The Meditation Center. It was very valuable the mean of 4.29 and (S.D. = 0.46) in The Meditation Center managements were at high level (  = 4.22) and (S.D. = 0.55).
