Abstract
This research is a policy research aims to study the current conditions and desirable conditions of development the learning personals in the digital age of the secondary school personal in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Khaen and create and verify the strategic proposals to development the learning personals in the digital age of the secondary school personal in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Khaen.The Research methodology conducted by 2 phases; Phase 1 document study and In-depth Interview with 5 experts and phase 2 investigate policy strategic recommendations by 5 experts were to assess the propriety, feasibility and utility of strategic recommendations. The results found that:
The strategic proposals to develop the learning personals in the digital age of the secondary school personal in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Khaenconsisted of vision, mission, goal, objective, strategy and guideline . Are propriety, feasibility and utility of strategic proposals at the highest level.
