การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย เพื่อสร้างโมเดลและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องขององค์ประกอบของทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานของนักศึกษา โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ที่ศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2566 ทั้ง 15 สาขาวิชา จำนวน 485 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสองพบว่าค่าน้ำหนักทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบ มีค่าเป็นบวกมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.796-0.924 เมื่อพิจารณาค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบโดยการเรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 การพัฒนาการปฏิบัติตามวิชาชีพครู องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะการสื่อสาร และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 ทักษะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้ Soft Skill=0.897***DTPP+0.857***CS+0.924***IS+0.868***TS+0.796***ITS 2) การตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลพบว่าโมเดลที่พัฒนาขึ้นสอดคล้องกับค่าที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ ทั้งนี้ แสดงจากค่า Relative Chi-Square=1.946 ซึ่งน้อยกว่า 2 ดัชนีความกลมกลืน TLI=0.966 CFI=0.972 GFI=0.990 NFI=0.944 มากกว่า 0.90 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนของการประมาณค่า RMSEA=0.044 SRMR=0.037 ซึ่งน้อยกว่า 0.05
