ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์กับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ 2) องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์กับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ จำนวน 333 คน โดยเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Cohen ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของโรงเรียน และเปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนจำนวนประชากรของครูด้วยการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 73 ข้อ มีค่าความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นจากการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาร์ค เท่ากับ 0.982 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์กับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด สพม.สมุทรปราการ มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
