บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความยึดมั่นผูกพันในความเป็นพลเมืองของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบศึกษากลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชาสังคมศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ปีการศึกษา 2567 ที่สุ่มเลือกแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดความยึดมั่นผูกพันในความเป็นพลเมือง ลักษณะเป็นแบบทดสอบเชิงสถานการณ์ 4 ตัวเลือก (ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามตามมาตรประมาณค่า 6 ระดับ (ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94) และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รูปแบบที่ 2 ในรายวิชาโลกศึกษา จำนวน 4 หน่วย เวลาเรียน 16 สัปดาห์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) นักศึกษามีความยึดมั่นผูกพันในความเป็นพลเมืองหลังเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (x̄=5.08, S.D.=0.38)
