บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและการพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู โดยใช้กระบวนการ ADDIE Model และใช้แผนการทดลองแบบการศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลหลังทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวน 193 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามเพื่อสำรวจปัญหาและความต้องการการให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ 2) โปรแกรมให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้โปรแกรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคระหว่างฝึกสอน ด้านทุนทรัพย์ และผู้ให้คำแนะนำและปรึกษา 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนมากขึ้น ระบบให้คำแนะนำที่มีข้อมูลเพียงพอ และหน่วยงานควรมีระบบให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ควบคู่ไปกับการนิเทศการฝึกสอน 3) ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ใช้ระบบ FAQ และ Q&A โดยมีผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านความสอดคล้อง เหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ ด้านเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านตัวอักษร ภาพ สื่ออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และการใช้งานโปรแกรมให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อโปรแกรมให้คำแนะนำออนไลน์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
