The relationship beteween school principal’s academic leadership and internal quality assurance operation of school in Mae Suai District under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the school principal’s academic leadership in Mae Suai District under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2, 2) to study the level of the internal quality assurance operation of school in Mae Suai District under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2 and 3) to study the relationship between school principal’s academic leadership and internal quality assurance operation of school in Mae Suai District under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2. The 260 samples were selected by using finished table (programmed table of Krejcie and Morgan) to find the Stratified Random Sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire, and reliability value is 0.87. The statistic of data analysis were average (mean), standard deviation and Pearson's coefficient analysis.
The results of research finds that 1) the school principal’s academic leadership in Mae Suai District under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2 was at the highest level. 2) the internal quality assurance operation in school in Mae Suai District under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2 was at the highest level.
3) the relationship between school principal’s academic leadership and internal quality assurance operation of school in Mae Suai District under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area 2 was overall and each individual aspect positively related at high level with statistical significance of .01
