This action research is carried out under the concept of "Everyone can be a supervisor by learning and doting" with LD-DL technique which are aimed at 1) To develop internal supervision in Wat Chantanaram School (Sri Rong Muang Uthit), Chanthaburi with LD-DL technique 2) To study the results of internal supervision in Wat Chantanaram School (Sri Rong Muang Uthit), Chanthaburi with LD-DL technique under the covid-19 pandemic situation.
The sample in research were 6 participants. Sixty teachers were the target group. And the research instruments consisted of meeting notes, interviews form, and satisfaction survey.
The qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis and quantitative data using statistics including percentage, average (μ), and standard deviation (σ)
The findings showed that 1) The development of internal supervision in Wat Chantanaram School (Sri Rong Muang Uthit), Chanthaburi with LD-DL techniques for all second cycles. They affect to 83.33 % of supervisors to understand and realize to the Internal Supervision, main tasks, promotion and support process. In addition, it comes with the confidence and the academic leadership 2) Watchanthanaram school internal supervision results with LD-DL technique under the covid-19 pandemic situation, teachers and all educational members are able to improve their knowledge for teaching management methods to students. Taking as the maximum level of µ = 4.52, σ = 0.61. Moreover, they are satisfied with the internal supervision performance with LD-DL techniques. As the maximum level of (µ = 4.56, σ = 0.55)
