Abstract
Characteristics of professional administrators in basic education institutions According to the opinions of government teachers Under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4 The objective of this study was to study the characteristics of professional administrators in basic education institutions. According to the opinions of government teachers Under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4 and to compare the opinions of government teachers on the characteristics of professional administrators in basic education institutions. The population used in this research was 2,265 government teachers under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, totaling 2,265 people. It consists of 231 school administrators and 2,034 teachers. The sample group used in this research was 331 civil servant teachers under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4, consisting of 34 school administrators and 297 teachers. which was obtained by randomly stratified by using the size of the school as a class and the sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan. The instrument used to collect the data was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence value of .96 for the whole issue. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results of the research found that 1.
