The objectives of this research were 1 ) to develop a APIDESE supervision to enhancing and competency for teachers under Khon Kaen primary educational service area office to teach special need with career path in the 21 st century 2 ) study the results of the APIDESE supervision for enhancing competency in classroom teach special need with career path in the 21 st century and 3 ) to study the opinions of assistant teachers on APIDESE supervision for enhancing competency in classroom. The sample group includes 50 assistant teachers under the Khon Kaen primary educational service area office to teach special need were purposive sampling. The tools used in the research consisted of 1 ) the experimental tools was a APIDESE supervision kit toenhancing competency in classroom assessment, and 2 ) the tools used for data collection were the supervisory quality assessment. The data were analyzed using mean,standard deviation, efficacy index, distribution coefficient, and t-test.
The results of the research found that 1 ) a APIDESE supervision kit to enhancing competency in classroom assessment was of good quality 2) the results of the APIDESE supervision for enhancing competency in classroom to teach special need with career path in the 21 st century, it was found that, the assistant teachers had a enhancing and competency higher level of cognition after supervision than before supervision at the .05 level, and they were competent in teaching design career path for special need ability, and 3 ) Teacher assistants agreed with the APIDESE supervision for enhancing competency in teaching design career path.
