Abstract
This research aims to study the development of students' life skills through participatory management using the SMART MODEL at Muangmitwittayakhom School, Academic Year 2022-2023. The sample groups included 218 students, 20 teachers, 218 parents, 13 basic education school committee members, and 15 community network members. The tools used were: 1) Assessment questionnaire for the quality of students' life skill development, 2) Questionnaire on the level of involvement of stakeholders in developing students' life skills, 3) Assessment questionnaire for students' life skill levels, and 4) Satisfaction questionnaire regarding the development of students' life skills. The statistical analyses used included mean, standard deviation, and research findings revealed that:
1) The quality of students' life skills development revealed that overall, in the academic year 2022, it was at a moderate level ( =3.48, S.D.=0.60), while in the academic year 2023, it was at the highest level (
=4.64, S.D.=0.51), consistent with the hypothesis. 2) The level of involvement of stakeholders in students' life skills development was found to be moderate overall in the academic year 2022 (
=3.44, S.D.=0.55, and in the academic year 2023, it was at the highest level (
=4.68, S.D.=0.46, consistent with the hypothesis. 3) The level of students' life skills was at a moderate level overall in the academic year 2022 (
=3.23, S.D.=0.43), and at the highest level in the academic year 2023 (
=4.59, S.D.=0.46), consistent with the hypothesis. 4) The level of satisfaction with students' life skills development was at a high level overall in the academic year 2022 (
=3.54, S.D.=0.58), and at the highest level in the academic year 2023 (
=4.61, S.D.=0.45), consistent with the hypothesis.
