The research has 3 steps: Step 1: Study the current conditions, needs, and participation guidelines The sample group includes the parents' network. and experts The tool used is a questionnaire. and interview form Step 2. Model development by experts The tool used is a group discussion recording. and assessment form Step 3 Evaluate the use of the model The target group is a network of parents and students. The tools used are observational forms, assessment forms, and questionnaires. Data is analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation. and content analysis        The research results found that 1) Current state of participation Overall, it is at a moderate level. Participation Requirements Overall, it is at the highest level. 2) Participation model consists of principles, objectives, and participation of the parent network. Student support system management Student care and support management process and conditions for success and evaluating the use of the model, it was found that after using the model The quality of students has increased. and satisfaction with the form of participation Overall, it is at the highest level.
