The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop and evaluate the quality of a school-based supervision model employing the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process in conjunction with Lesson Study and Multiple Methods Coaching in order to enhance teachers’ competencies in active learning management that promotes students’ creative innovation ability; 2) to examine teachers’ competencies in active learning management; and 3) to investigate students’ creative innovation ability. The target group consisted of three teachers selected through Voluntary Selection, three mentor/coach teachers, three supervisors, and students from three classrooms, selected through purposive sampling. The research was conducted during the second semester of the 2024 academic year. The statistical methods employed included mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the professional learning community model consisted of six components: 1) principles; 2) objectives; 3) processes with five steps: (1) need assessment, (2) planning and designing, (3) knowledge sharing, (4) lesson study with four sub-steps (4.1) analysis and arrangement , (4.2) learning design, (4.3) implementation and observation, and (4.4) reflection, and (5) evaluation and reflection; 4) evaluation; 5) essential conditions for implementation; and 6) supporting factors. Furthermore, the results of the quality assessment of the model indicated that, overall, it was rated at the highest level (M = 4.54, SD = 0.40). 2) Abilities in active learning management of teachers consisting of 1) the development of the ability to design learning in the overall level is at the highest level. (M = 3.49, SD = 0.38), and 2) The overall development of learning management abilities is at the highest level. (M = 3.36, SD = .34) 3) Creative innovation ability of students is at the highest level (M= 2.73, SD= 0.14)
