Development of Online Lessons on Thai Culture Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area for Grade 6 Students

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study knowledge on Thai culture 2) develop an online lesson on Thai culture 3) compare the academic achievement before and after learning of grade 6 students learning with an online lesson on Thai culture 4) study the satisfaction of grade 6 students learning with an online lesson on Thai culture. The population used in this research was 43 grade 6 students in the first semester of the 2023 academic year of Surin Suksa School. The sample group used in the research was 19 grade 6 students. Cluster sampling was used. The tools used in the study were online lessons on Thai culture, 5 lesson plans, an achievement test, and a satisfaction survey. Data analysis was done using scores from the achievement test of students before and after the learning activities. The efficiency was found using the E1/E2 criteria (80/80), mean score, standard deviation, and the comparison of achievement results using the t-test.

The research results found that:

The development of online lessons on Thai culture, social studies, religion and culture learning group, which the researcher created and developed, had an efficiency of 85.15/91.84, higher than the specified criteria of 80/80. The academic achievement of students after using the teaching kit and cooperative teaching was higher than before studying, with statistical significance at the .05 level, and students had a high level of satisfaction in studying.
