THE STUDY OF PARENTS OF SATISFACTION TOWARD THE ADMINISTRATION OF KHAMKHUEANKAEO CHANUPATHAM SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE SI SA KET YASOTHON

Abstract

This aimed to study Explore the Study of Parents and compare the Satisfaction of the Administration of Khamkhueankaeo Chanupatham School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Si Sa Ket Yasothon with variables of their ages, education and occupations. Based on Krejice and Morgan’s Table of Sample Size (1970), the sample of the study, derived using stratified random sampling, using students’class level as a criterion, consisted of 327 persons. A 5-level rating-scale questionnaire, having the discriminating power between .21- .79 and the reliability at .95, was used of data collection. Mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and paired comparison by Scheffe’ technique, were statistical devices employed for the data and content analysis.

The result revealed that:

1) Parents who were Satisfied with the administration of Khamkhueankaeo Chanupatham School, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were rated at a high level. When considering each aspect, academic administration was the highest, followed by general administration, human resources administration, and budget administration, respectively 2) The comparison result of Parents’ Satisfaction toward the administration of Khamkhueankaeo Chanupatham School classified by parent’ ages, education and occupations indicated that they were satisfied with the school administration, which was significantly different at .05 levels. 3) Guidelines for developing educational administration of Khamkhueankaeo Chanupatham School: The highest frequency of each aspect of school administration is Schools should increase teaching and learning on the use of media and technology to create knowledge on their own so that knowledge networks can be expanded to the community, The school reports the results of school budget expenditures for the academic year and discloses them transparently to the community, Teachers communicate and regularly cooperate with parents to effectively solve the behavior problems of individual students, and creating a pleasant school atmosphere It is safe for students.
