ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการสอน ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลวิจัยพบว่าภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในทิศทางเดียวกันกับประสิทธิผลการสอนในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ การซึมซับความไม่แน่นอน แรงบันดาลใจ การดัดแปลงและนวัตกรรม ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.873, 0.834, 0.696, 0.678 และ 0.635 ตามลำดับ อย่างไรก็ตาม ด้านวิสัยทัศน์มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับประสิทธิผลการสอนในระดับต่ำที่สุด ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.302 โดยภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลสามารถอธิบายประสิทธิผลการสอนของครูได้มากถึง ร้อยละ 76 ทั้งนี้ ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารและวิสัยทัศน์ที่ชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะการสร้างความสามารถในการซึมซับความไม่แน่นอนและการปรับตัวต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อให้การบริหารงานในยุคดิจิทัลเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
