การวิจัยและพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการสร้างบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาหนองบัวลำภู เขต 2 Research and development of teacher competency development programs in creating electronic lessons Junior high school level in educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Nongbaulamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

       This research aims  1) to study teacher competencies in creating electronic lessons 2) to study current conditions the desirable condition and the need for teacher competency development in the creation of electronic lessons  3) to develop a program for developing teacher competency and 4) to study the effectiveness of implementing a teacher competency development program in creating electronic lessons. The sample consisted of 66 lower secondary school teachers. “Research tools included a questionnaire of current condition, desirable condition and indicators of teacher competency in creating electronic lessons, an evaluation form for teacher competency and indicators of teacher competency in creating electronic lessons, and teacher competency development programs in creating electronic lessons”. The data was analyzed by means, standard deviation and percentage.

        The results of the research showed that  

1) the lower secondary school teachers had 3 competencies, 30 indicators were knowledge had 10 indicators, expression had 10 indicators and competency had 10 indicators.  

2) lower secondary school teachers, there was a current state of the teacher competency in the creation of electronic lessons, knowledge and expression and ability overall was at a moderate level. There was a desirable condition about teacher competency in creating electronic lessons, knowledge and expression and ability overall was at a high level. There was a need for the development of teacher competency in creating electronic lessons sort the needs in descending order: competence, knowledge, and expression.  

3) The teacher competency development program for creating electronic lessons consisted of the background of the program. Principles program destination substance used in development  

4) The results of the implementation of the teacher competency development program for creating electronic lessons were found that secondary school teachers study in school, expand opportunities and have points before development which the average score was 23.36 out of 40 points, representing 58.41 percent and the post-development score was 33.83 out of 40 points, representing 84.58 percent. The scores after were higher than before development. The results of teaching skills evaluation after teacher competency development in creating electronic lessons were the lower secondary school level in the school broadened the overall opportunities to a large extent. And the results of measuring teachers attitudes towards teacher competency development programs in creating electronic lessons overall at the highest level
