Since the information and motivating emphasize the important role in Communication and Social Development which is considered a key element of the development and requiring all groups of people to participate in social development equally. Social Development in the Artificial Intelligence Era, there must be a change in people's attitudes, beliefs and behaviors to be consistent with the practice how to change and different development patterns in each society and must develop deeply into the foundations of the people in society both at the cultural and conscious level to solve various problems sustainably.
