THE PROBLEMS IN OBTAINING CROSS-BORDER HEALTH SERVICES OF CAMBODIAN PATIENTS

Abstract

The objective of this research paper was to study the status of problems and factors contributing to cross-border health care research in the border areas adjacent to the Phanom Dong Rak Mountain Range. The sample in the data collection consisted of 50 Cambodian patients who crossed the border to use health care services in hospitals in Surin Province. The sample selection method was accidental sampling. The research tool was a structured and unstructured interview form. The results of the research were found that 1) The most common problems in hospital admissions were 50 percent 2) The opinions and satisfaction of Cambodian patients were: (1) Confidence in hospital services, it was found that there was 92.11% confidence in private hospitals. which amounted to 66.66% and (2) In terms of equipment and tools with satisfaction 100.00 percent in both public and private hospitals.
