THE EFFECTS OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON SOCIAL SKILLS OF SECONDARY EDUCATION GRADE 4 STUDENTS

The purpose of this experimental research was to study the effects of recreation activities on social skills of Secondary Education Grade 4 Students. The sample of this research were Secondary Education Grade 4 Students from 2 classrooms, semester 1, academic year 2022, Ramwitthaya Rachamangklaphisek School, Surin Province total 64 people. The research tools were 10 recreation activities, which used approximately 1 hour per an activity, and social skills scale. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The results showed that after the experiment, the social skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than before the experiment at the 0.1 level and significantly higher than control at the .01 level.
