THE EFFECTS OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION TRAINING PROGRAM ON TEAMWORK OF EMPLOYEES

The purpose of this experimental research was to study the effects of interpersonal communication training program on teamwork of employees. The samples of this research were employees under the control and testing division and transmission system contraction department in electricity generating authority of Thailand 30 people. This research tools were interpersonal communication training program totaling 12 hours and teamwork questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The results showed that after the experiment, teamwork of the experimental group was significantly higher than before the experiment at the 0.1 level and significantly higher than control group at the .01 level
